野菜とか肉や魚を切って入れ、暫く待つだけなので作るのが楽です。冷蔵庫に入ってたニンニク、玉ねぎ、人参、ベーコン適当に切って投入。あと油揚げ、ジャガイモも。中火で約20分。蒸気が出てきて暫くしたら終了。水を全然入れなかったら、ちょっとこげました。水分が多い野菜だと全然こげないです。水分が少ない野菜の時は、ちょっとだけ水を入れた方がいいようです。味ぽんとか、なんか適当に付けて、ご飯と食べます。残りは塩を振って冷蔵庫へ。このIH用タジン鍋は鉄板なので、最後に水を飛ばして油塗って終了です。野菜がいっぱい食べられます。 It's a healthy cuisine. You can eat lots of Vegetables! You just need to cut some ingredients, then wait for a while. Ingredients: (Whatever you have in your fridge.) In this video, I used garlic, onion, carrot, bacon, potato, and Japanese fried tofu. Over medium heat, it took about 20min. After you see steam, it took about 5 to 10 min.(If you use meat or fish, 10 min is better, I think.) I didn't use any water this time, and it get burned a bit. If you use watery veggy, you don't need any water at all. You sometimes need a bit of water.(It depends on ingredients.) Put any sauce you like! I ate it with rice. Put some salt on left over and put it in the fridge for next supper. This Tajine Pot is made of iron. Therefor, put away all the moisture and coat it with some oil.
